Kiser Closes Sophomore Season At NCAA East Regional

Princeton, N.J. - Sophomore Avery Kiser closed out her sophomore campaign with a final-round score of 73 at the NCAA East Regional in Clemmons, N.C. on Saturday. She finished the three-day tournament with a score of 230 and tied for 70th overall.
Kiser was the lone Tiger representative and one of only three individuals to earn at-large bids to the NCAA tournament. She put up rounds of 79-78-73 to finish 17 strokes over par at the Salem Glen Country Club.
Tina Miller of Miami and Jenny Gleason of UNC-Greensboro are the other two at-large competitors at the regionals. Miller scored a 221 and Gleason finished with a 228 at the tournament.
Kiser ends the spring with three individual titles in four Princeton team tournaments. She is also the two-time defending Ivy League champion and Princeton's top scorer in all four spring invitationals.
