Men's Soccer Player Earns Sachs Scholarship

Princeton, N.J. - Men's soccer senior Vincent Vitale has been named the recipient of the 2004 Daniel Sachs Class of 1960 Graduating Scholarship. The award is one of the most prestigious honors given to a Princeton undergraduate and provides the student with the opportunity to work or study abroad.
Vitale, a four-year member of the soccer team and current student director of the Athletes in Action ministry, was chosen for his character, intelligence and commitment to help society.
He will use the scholarship to fund his tuition and living expenses at Oxford University in England, where he will pursue a M.Phil. in philosophical theology.
