Women's Golf and Kiser Continue to Lead at Doral

Miami, Fla. - The Princeton women's golf team used a second-round 302 to continue atop the standings at the Pat Bradley Invitational, hosted by Florida International on the Blue Monster at the Doral Golf Resort and Spa.
Princeton's second-round score was the second best of the day. Only Miami, which shot a 300 had a better score. Princeton hnow has a two-round total of 609 and is four strokes ahead of Miami's 613. Bethune Cookman climbed to third after a second-round 303 to 626. Central Florida (627) and Middle Tennessee State (633) round out the top five.
On the individual side, senior Avery Kiser backed up her opening round of one-under par with a second round at one-under. Kiser's 142 (-2) leads the tournament by three strokes over Miami's Tina Miller.
Sophomore Sharla Cloutier was par on the afternoon and has a 151 for the tournament. Fresman Annika Welander posted an 83 on the afternoon for a two-round score of 161, which is one stroke ahead of senior Meg Nakamura, whose second-round 79 puts her at 162. Sophomore Caitlin Sullivan, entered as an individual, shot a second-round 82 for a 165.
The tournament concludes when the third and final round tees off tomorrow morning at 8 a.m.
