PRINCETON - The Princeton wrestling team lost its final home match of the season 37-3 to Penn Saturday afternoon. Brian Kirschbaum got Princeton's lone win at 133 pounds, defeating Matt Eveleth 5-2. Kirschbaum used a second-period reversal and back points in the third period, along with a point for riding time, to rally from a 2-0 deficit to win.
In the featured match of the evening, Penn's Matt Feast earned a 10-2 major decision over Joe Looke at heavyweight. Feast is ranked third nationally and will be the top seed at the Eastern championships, while Looke could be seeded second. Their next meeting could come in the EIWA final.
Princeton (2-12) will wrestle at Rutgers Wednesday night in its final dual match of the season. The EIWA Championships will be held at Penn from March 5-6. Penn 37, Princeton 3
