Women's Fencing Splits Dual Meet At UNC

Chapel Hill, N.C. - Despite Jacqueline Leahy going 5-1 in the foil, the women's fencing team spilt a dual meet against North Carolina (21-6) and Penn State (7-20).
Leahy went 3-0 against North Carolina, but dropped one dual to Penn State.
Both junior Mina Morova and sophomore Elan DiMaio were undefeated in their bouts against North Carolina, however in the Penn State matches, they fell 1-2.
In the epee, junior Erin McGarry was 4-2 after scoring a perfect 3-0 against North Carolina.
The Tigers next host Columbia, Rutgers and St. John's at 10 a.m. on Jan. 29.
