Princeton men's soccer players Darren Spicer and Jame Wunsch, who were both named first-team All-Ivy League selections last month, have each earned second-team All-Mid-Atlantic regional honors from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA).
Spicer, a senior in 2005, led Princeton with seven goals this past season and finished with 26 career goals, among the top 10 all time at Princeton. Wunsch was a key part of a Princeton defense that allowed just 18 goals in 17 games.
Spicer was the team's leading scorer for the third straight season, scoring seven times and adding three assists for a team-high 17 points. Wunsch, a junior, helped the Tigers to four shutout wins and nine other games in which the opponent scored just once.
The NSCAA All-Region teams were announced at the NCAA College Cup semifinals and finals that took place this past weekend in Cary, N.C.
