Men's Fencing Falls To Penn

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - Senior Soren Thompson was 3-0 in the epee, as the men's fencing team dropped a 16-11 match to Penn Wednesday at Weightman Hall. The Tigers record slips to 5-2 on the season.
Thompson's three wins lifted Princeton past Penn, 5-4, in the epee.
Sophomore Alejandro Bras went 2-1 in the foil, but the Tigers went 3-6 as a team.
The team of junior Owen Cornwall, sophomore Joe Cho and freshman John Winnerman also went 3-6 in the sabre.
Princeton faces Harvard, Yale and Penn on Saturday, Feb. 12 in Cambridge, Mass. At 10 a.m.
