Princeton, under 10th-year head coach Jim Barlow, began preseason training this week. After playing Loyola Sept. 2, the Tigers will play at American the following Friday and host Akron and Fairleigh Dickinson in the Princeton Invitational the following weekend.
2004 Ivy League Player of the Year Darren Spicer leads a Princeton group that finished 8-5-4 overall and 3-2-2 in league play a year ago. The Tigers were in the hunt for the league title until the season's final weekend.
