Darius Craton Earns Second Team All-Ivy Honors

Princeton senior men's tennis player Darius Craton was named a second-team All-Ivy League selection in singles in a vote of the league's eight head coaches announced Thursday.
Craton finished 5-1 at No. 2 singles for the Tigers during the Ivy League season. He won his final five matches playing at No. 2, against Brown, Yale, Dartmouth, Columbia and Cornell, after losing his initial league match against Penn.
Overall, Craton finished with a 7-5 record at No. 2 during the spring. He also played several matches at No. 1 singles for the Tigers during the season.
Craton, a native of Waterloo, Ont., was also a second-team pick in singles as a freshman in 2003, when he earned Ivy League Rookie of the Year honors.
Princeton finished 7-13 overall in 2006 and 2-5 in Ivy League play.
