The Tigers, who improved to 3-2 on the season, clinched the match by winning three singles matches in straight sets. Blakely Ashley beat Nicole Beck at No. 5 when Beck retired after the first set, and Ivana KIng, playing at No. 1, lost just two games in a win over Kaylan Caiati. Princeton then clinched the overall match when Laura Trimble defeated Kim Roberts at No. 6 singles.
The doubles point went to the Tigers when Ashley and Kristen Scott won by an 8-4 score at the No. 3 spot. Darcy Robertson and Sarah Huah had won 8-6 at No. 2 to give Princeton the early advantage.
