Men's Soccer Hosts In-State Rival Rutgers on Wednesday

PRINCETON, N.J. (10/13/08) ? The Princeton University men's soccer team will host Rutgers on Wednesday, Oct. 15 at 7:30 p.m., in the final non-conference game of the season.
The game will also be webstreamed via Tiger Zone for registered users, and live stats will also be available free of charge. Links to both will be provided on the men's soccer schedule page.
Princeton holds a 25-18-9 advantage in the all-time series with Rutgers, which began in 1951. However, the Scarlet Knights are on an 11-game unbeaten streak over the Tigers, with Princeton's last win in the series coming in 1994.
Princeton has a 2-8-1 record and is 1-3-1 when playing at Roberts Stadium. Sophomore Brandon Busch is the team's offensive leader with four goals and two assists for 10 points. Sophomores Josh Walburn, Teddy Schneider and junior Devin Muntz all have four points apiece. Three other Tigers have two or more points. Senior Joe Walter and sophomore Sean Lynch have each seen significant playing time in goal. Walter has a 1-4-1 record, a 1.29 goals against average and a .758 save percentage. Lynch owns a 1-4 record, a 1.79 GAA and a .640 save percentage.
