Aboff First, Tigers Third Two Rounds into Hoya Invitational

POTOMAC, Md. -- Susannah Aboff is in a two-way tie for first at 5-over and her Princeton women's golf team is third with one round to play Tuesday at the Hoya Invitational outside Washington, D.C.
Aboff, who won Princeton's last tournament in South Carolina earlier in March, is also the defending champion of the Hoya Invitational from a year ago.
Aboff posted a 75 and 74 in her first two rounds Monday at The Members Club at Four Streams, leading Princeton to within three shots of tournament leader Yale. Rollins College is one shot behind the Bulldogs in the 14-team field.
Michelle Grilli is tied for fifth at +7 after a 76 and 75, while Kate Scarpetta is tied for 22nd with her 82 and 76 (+14). Marlowe Boukis (80, 82) and Maggie Boberg (79, 83) complete the Princeton contingent at +18, tied for 30th.
Tuesday's final round will begin at 8:30 a.m.
