Walburn Named ECAC All-Star

CAPE COD, Mass. (12/8/09) - Josh Walburn of the Princeton men's soccer team was named a 2009 Division I Men's Soccer All-Star by the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) on December 2. Walburn is one of three defenders named to the first team.
Walburn led the Tigers in scoring throughout most of the 2009 season. He finished the year with six goals and team-high five assists for 17 points. Three of his goals were game-winning goals. Walburn has started either at midfield or defense in all 17 games this year. He was named first-team All-Ivy League as he helped to guide Princeton to a 9-6-3 record an an NCAA Tournament berth, the program's first since 2001.
