Rain Pushes Back Saturday Start of Men's Golf, Cancels Softball and Baseball
April 11, 2009 | General, Softball
Rain in the Princeton area has affected three events on campus on Saturday. The men's golf Princeton Invitational is suspended until 3:30, when the teams will finish their first-round play. One round will be played tomorrow for a total of 36 holes. The baseball and softball twinbills have been canceled and the four-game set will be played Sunday and Monday. The softball doubleheader Monday will begin at 3 p.m. The men's tennis match against Dartmouth will still begin at 2 p.m., but will be moved inside to Jadwin Gym's indoor courts. The start times and sites of Princeton's other athletic events on campus, including crew, lacrosse and track and field, are unchanged. Check back for more details later in the day.
