Aboff Holds Lead, Stands 18 Holes from Second Straight Ivy Title

NORTHFIELD, N.J. -- Princeton senior golfer Susannah Aboff held her lead at the Ivy League Championships Saturday at Atlantic City Country Club and is one round away from repeating as the individual medalist.
Aboff, who carded a 75 after her first-round 72 Friday, is at +3 for the tournament and is two shots in front of her fellow senior teammate, Marlowe Boukis, at +5.
But even with Aboff and Boukis tracking toward medalist and runner-up honors, Princeton couldn't narrow the gap on Harvard, which leads Yale by eight shots at +25. Princeton, at +34, is nine shots off the lead. The Crimson had a four-shot lead on third-place Princeton after the first round.
