She will be competing with two other individual selections and 21 teams to advance to the NCAA Championships, which will be held May 19-22 outside of Baltimore, Md., at Caves Valley Country Club.
The East Regional will be hosted by Florida at Bostick Golf Course in Gainesville, Fla. The other teams involved are: Virginia, Auburn, Alabama, North Carolina, Duke, Denver, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Georgia, Tulane, Florida, East Carolina, Mississippi, South Carolina, Furman, Charleston, Florida State, Central Florida, Coastal Carolina, Stetson and Jackson State. Julia Potter of Missouri and Jessica Hollandsworth of Maryland were the fortunate individual selections.
The top eight teams, plus the two individuals who are not among the top eight teams, will advance from this region to the NCAA Championships. Princeton has had several individual qualifiers for the NCAA Regional in its history, in addition to competing as a team in 2001, 2004 and 2005.
