Brown Sweeps Heavyweights For Content Cup

The Princeton men's heavyweight crew fell in its regular season finale to the sixth-ranked Brown Bears Saturday morning in the annual Content Cup regatta.
Princeton fell to 1-6 on the season as its first varsity finished the Lake Carnegie course in 6:21.2, while Brown kept its strong season going in 6:12.8. Brown retained the Content Cup with the win and will likely remain as the second-highest Ivy League program in the national polls, trailing only Harvard. Princeton fell in all three races, including a 15-second defeat in the 2V showdown.
After a challenging regular season, Princeton will now turn its focus on the EARC Sprints next Sunday in Worcester, Mass.
