Men's Soccer Recruiting Class Ranked No. 1

PRINCETON, N.J. (7/28/09) - The Princeton men's soccer recruiting class has been ranked as the best recrutiing class in the Ivy League by Top Drawer Soccer, it was announced by the Web site on Tuesday, July 21.
The Tigers had three of their six incoming players compete at the US Development Academy National Playoffs a couple of weeks ago, which helped Princeton position itself at the top of the list. Included in that three, is Matt Sanner, who won the U18 title with his team Carmel United with a 1-0 win over DC United.
Behind Princeton in the rankings is Yale at No. 2 and Brown at No. 3.
Princeton's season opener is slated for Friday, Sept. 4 at Lehigh.
