September 05, 2009 | Women's Tennis
PRINCETON -- Three women's tennis Tigers have been granted the opportunity to play in the ITA All-America Tournament in Los Angeles next month, the organization announced Friday.
Taylor Marable and Hilary Bartlett were placed into the qualifying doubles draw along with 26 other pairs for the opportunity to play into the main draw. The Princeton duo also represented the program at the NCAA doubles tournament in May.
Bartlett and Melissa Saiontz were slotted into the prequalifying singles draw, competing with more than 60 other individuals to try and advance to the qualifying and main draws.
A year ago, Princeton placed a trio of singles players and a doubles team into the event. Play will begin in early October with brackets and times to be announced.
