Women's Golf Resumes in Missouri Monday

PRINCETON -- For the fourth straight year, the Princeton women's golf team will compete in the Johnie Imes Invitational hosted by Missouri.
The tournament will feature 36 holes Monday and 18 Tuesday on the par-72, 6,204-yard course at The Club at Old Hawthorne in Columbia, Mo. The 15-team field, which has eight teams from the Big 12 Conference, includes host Missouri, Arkansas-Little Rock, Baylor, Colorado, Florida International, Illinois State, Kansas, Kansas State, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas State and Wisconsin.
Princeton has not finished lower than eighth in its three years in the tournament, with its best finish coming in 2007 when the Tigers placed second in a 10-team field.
It is the second of three fall tournaments for Princeton, which will take part in Harvard's invitational on Oct. 16-17.
