PRINCETON – Florida beckons the Princeton men's tennis team beginning Sunday and Monday for the front end of a five-match trip to the Sunshine State.
The Tigers (3-6) are coming off a 4-3 win over Radford that ended a five-match homestand. All five of those were within two individual matches of going the opposite way, and four of the five were decided by 4-3 scores with Princeton winning two of the five.
Princeton will play at South Florida Sunday at 10 a.m. The Bulls (3-6) are unranked as a team but have one ranked singles player with Wael Kilani at 114 on the ITA list.
Monday, the Tigers will make the trip up I-4 to face Central Florida, ranked No. 61 on the 75-team ITA list. The Golden Knights (6-3) also have one entry on the individual rankings, with the doubles team of Thomas Nolan and Erik Kreutzer checking in at No. 48.
The week will continue after two days off with contests against Denver, Miami and Florida Atlantic.
