CORAL GABLES, Fla. -- Miami swept the doubles point and won five of six singles matches Saturday against the Princeton men's tennis team.
Princeton came within a few games of winning the doubles point, but the Hurricanes pulled out a 9-7 win over Coleman Crutchfield and Yohei Shoji at first doubles and Michael Lin and Matt Spindler won in a tiebreak at second.
All six singles matches were decided in straight sets, with freshman Michael Lin getting Princeton's point with a 7-5, 6-2 victory at fifth.
Princeton will conclude its spring break trip to Florida in Boca Raton Sunday against Florida Atlantic at 2 p.m.
