March 21, 2010 | Women's Tennis
PRINCETON -- Completing a weekend of back-to-back 7-0 sweeps, the Princeton women's tennis team blanked Boston University Sunday at the Lenz Tennis center to improve to 12-5 on the season and 8-0 at home.
Hilary Bartlett, Taylor Marable, Blakely Ashley and Rachel Saiontz were all winners on both the doubles and singles courts. Princeton's only loss on the day was a tiebreak defeat at third doubles.
Bouncing back from that loss, Monica Chow and Sarah Hoffman each picked up singles victories to help complete the sweep of the points.
The match was the second of four straight home contests for the Tigers, who will test their ITA No. 1 in the Northeast ranking Thursday against Rutgers before opening the Ivy season Saturday against Penn.
