Incoming Golf Freshman Kelly Shon Profiled by Golfweek

PRINCETON -- Long Island native Kelly Shon will be joining the Princeton women's golf team in the fall and has already been profiled by Golfweek Magazine before she puts on the Orange and Black.
Shon, who was profiled by the Port Washington Patch in May, competed with the boys golf team at Schreiber High School in Port Washington, N.Y., in her final five scholastic years, helping her team to three straight conference titles while qualifying individually for this year's New York state individual golf championship alongside her male counterparts.
Shon was also recognized by Golfweek as its Player of the Week in April 2009 after winning the American Junior Golf Association's Aldila Junior Open.
