Men's Tennis Sends Three to Finals at USTA Tournament

NEW YORK -- Three Tigers are advancing to Sunday's flight finals at the USTA Men's Collegiate Invitational in Queens.
Freshman Dan Richardson will play in both a singles and a doubles final, facing Harvard's Aba Omodele-Lucien in the "C" singles flight and teaming with Ravi Yegya-Raman to face the flight's top seed in a Penn pair of Jason Lin and Jason Magnes in the "D" doubles final.
Alex Faust will play to win the "B" singles flight against Erik Blumenkranz of Yale after upending the flight's top seed, Andy Nguyen of Harvard, 6-3, 6-4 in the quarterfinal before having enough left to knock out Dartmouth's Michael Laser 6-3, 6-3 in the semis.
The three final matches will wrap three days of competition for the Tigers in the event. All of Saturday's Princeton results are below, and all the brackets are available at the link above.
