Trio of Tigers Finishes Play at USTA Tournament

NEW YORK -- Alex Faust, Dan Richardson and Ravi Yegya-Raman advanced to their flight finals for the Princeton men's tennis team at the USTA Men's Collegiate Invitational in Queens, but their opponents picked up the wins.
In the "B" singles final, Yale's Erik Blumenkranz defeated Faust 6-4, 6-1, while Harvard's Aba Omodele-Lucien rallied to defeat Richardson 4-6, 6-4, 6-3 in the "C" singles final. Richardson and Yegya-Raman's run in the "D" doubles flight ended with an 8-4 loss to Penn's Jason Lin and Jason Magnes.
The Tigers will play in the Columbia Invitational Oct. 8-10 to continue the fall season.
