Chris Ayres Announces, Comments On Wrestling Class Of 2015
May 18, 2011 | Wrestling
Six talented standouts will join the 2011-12 Princeton wrestling team with hopes of continuing the current rebuilding process, it was announced recently by head coach Chris Ayres.
"We are very excited about the incoming group of freshman as we are adding both a lot of talent and depth to our roster," Ayres said. "As a group they have been successful on both the state and national level, and with this class our program takes another big step forward in the rebuilding process. I can't wait for them to get on campus."
After two seasons with a starting roster comprised mostly by freshmen and sophomores, Ayres expects to come into next season with far more experience than he has at any other point during his previous five seasons at Princeton.
