The Princeton women's tennis team had a 6-0 start to the USTA/ITA Regional at Army Friday, winning all of the half-dozen doubles matches the team played and advancing all three pairs into the Round of 16.
Singles will get underway Saturday with the main draw. Monica Chow, Katherine Flanigan, Amanda Muliawan and Lindsay Graff all had byes to the Round of 64 while Katie Goepel and Emily Hahn will begin play in the Round of 128, Goepel against Alex Ion of Penn and Hahn against Taysha Blessington of LIU. Both of those rounds will be played Sunday.
Saturday will also see the Round of 16 in doubles play, where top-seeded Graff and Muliawan will face Harvard's Amy He and Hannah Morrill, Flanigan and Hahn will meet fourth-seeded Madeleine Hamilton and Annie Sullivan of Yale, and Chow and Goepel will face Sarah Kandath and Niki Uberoi of Brown.
