Levin, Wheeler Named National Fencers of the Week

Sophomores Eve Levin and Diamond Wheeler were named National Fencers of the Week by CollegeFencing360.com for their performances at the Temple Duals and the National Squad Championships on the weekend of Feb. 25-26.
At Temple, Levin, a foilist, went 9-1 in helping Princeton to a sweep of Duke, second-ranked Penn State, fifth-ranked St. John's and seventh-ranked Temple. Wheeler, a saberist, went 10-2 at Temple.
At the squad championships at NYU, Levin and Wheeler each helped her four-member squad to a first-place title as the Princeton women won the overall team championship.
Levin and Wheeler will return to competition with their teams on March 10 at the NCAA regional hosted by Lafayette.
