Women's Golf Finishes Play in Texas

The Princeton women's golf team wrapped play in Texas Tuesday at the Betsy Rawls Longhorn Invitational, tying for 14th in the 18-team field.
The Tigers cut their shot total each day, from a 13-over 301 the first day to a 10-over 298 on day two and an 8-over 296 Tuesday.
Kelly Shon finished as the top Princeton player, tying for 24th at 1-over. Alison Lee of UCLA won the tournament at 12-under, four shots ahead of teammate Bronte Law and UNLV's Dana Finkelstein at 8-under. The Bruin pair guided the team to the top of the leaderboard, where it finished at 26-under, 10 shots ahead of conference foe Arizona State.

The Tigers will close their fall schedule with the Lehigh Invitational Oct. 27-28.
