1-11: Princeton held Bucknell to 1-11 from 3-point range, a key stat considering that the Bison entered the game shooting .471 from distance over their first six games. Princeton countered by hitting 10 3-pointers, with Denton Koon netting his first trey since the Butler contest.

A 3-pointer by T.J. Bray put Princeton back up by nine at 55-46 with more than six minutes to go after Bucknell's Cameron Ayers hit two free throws to make it a six-point game. After that Bray 3-pointer, the Bison were never closer than nine points. Bray also had a 3-pointer with 3:12 to go that made it 60-48, and the Bison never came within single digits again.

• Princeton is 5-1 on the season for the first time since the 1997-98 campaign, head coach Mitch Henderson's senior year.

• Princeton has won the last two meetings with Bucknell and three of the last four since the series restarted in 2010 after a six-year break. Princeton leads the all-time series 12-4.

• Princeton weathered an early stretch of more than five minutes without a field goal between when Hans Brase opened the scoring and when Brase hit a 3-pointer to pull Princeton within 11-7 just more than six minutes into the game.

• Princeton used an 8-0 run over less than three minutes to turn a 20-14 deficit into a 22-20 lead with fewer than five minutes to go in the opening half. Hans Brase (above left) had six of the eight points on two 3-pointers.

• Princeton responded to Bucknell scoring the first five points of the second half by going on an 8-0 run that built a 38-32 lead. Three Tigers shared the points, with Hans Brase accounting for half of the run. It was never a one-possession contest after that point.

• Bucknell pulled to within 48-44 inside of eight minutes to go in the game, and again the Tigers responded with a 9-2 run to push the lead into double figures for the first time at 57-46 with more than five minutes to go. Jimmy Sherburne (above right) had four of the nine points with Will Barrett and T.J. Bray chipping in.

• Princeton has Bucknell's last two regular-season defeats in which the Bison lost by double figures, once in each of the last two seasons. The last time Bucknell lost a regular-season game by double figures to another team was on Dec. 20, 2011 at No. 1 Syracuse. It was the first time Bucknell lost by double figures in Sojka Pavilion since Jan. 29, 2011, a 20-point defeat to Army.

• In addition to his 15 points, Hans Brase had a career-high seven assists. His previous career high was four, achieved most recently against Florida A&M in the season opener.

• Princeton has now won five in a row against Patriot League schools and seven of the last eight, dating back to the 2009-10 season. Princeton's only loss in the stretch was here at Sojka Pavilion in Nov. 2011.

• In his three games this season, T.J. Bray is averaging 13.7 points. His season-best over his first three campaigns was 9.9 ppg last year as a junior.

• T.J. Bray was one rebound away from achieving back-to-back double-doubles in different ways. He achieved his first career double-double on 18 points and 10 assists against George Mason, and he had 15 points and nine boards against Bucknell.

• Princeton is now 4-0 when leading at the half. Princeton rallied against Lafayette after being down five at the half for its one win in which it didn't lead at the break.

• A Princeton opponent shot below 10 percent from beyond the arc for the second time in six games this season after Florida A&M equaled Bucknell's 1-of-11, .091 clip.

• T.J. Bray added one assist to his career total, which is now 256, to remain in 11th place on the Princeton career list (kept since 1974-75). Armond Hill '85 is in 10th place with 260.

Princeton will host Fairleigh Dickinson next Saturday at 7 p.m. The teams have never met, and FDU is 2-6 heading into Sunday's game at Seton Hall. The Knights will also travel to Stony Brook Wednesday.
