Tang Advances to Sunday at USTA/ITA Regional

Dorothy Tang won two singles matches Saturday to advance to the Round of 32 at the USTA/ITA Northeast Regional at Yale.
Tang, the last member of the Princeton women's tennis team in the main singles draw, will face Rhiann Newborn of Syracuse in a 10 a.m. match Sunday.
Tang and Amanda Muliawan bowed out of doubles play in the Round of 16 Saturday and three of Princeton's four singles entrants ended their run in the second round. Katrine Steffensen, Muliawan and Caroline Joyce extended their matches to third sets before their opponents prevailed.
