Nov. 20 TigerCast: Drew Hoffenberg and Connor Kelley
November 20, 2014 | Football, General, Men's Water Polo
One fall team looks to extend its season while another looks to end with a winning record, and both will be the focus of the latest edition of TigerCast.
Senior Drew Hoffenberg is the leading scorer for the Princeton men's water polo team, which heads to Annapolis, Md., this weekend for the 2014 CWPA Championships. Princeton is 21-3 on the season, and Hoffenberg is leading the Tigers with 57 goals. A weekend win would send the Tigers to the 2014 NCAA Championships.
Senior wide receiver Connor Kelley has moved into Princeton's Top 10 in all-time receptions, and he is looking to lead his team to a winning record this season, as well as its first win over Dartmouth since 2009. Kelley, once a quarterback during his freshman season, has become one of the league's top receivers, and he talks about his journey through a position change, a season-ending knee injury, and how important it is for one final win Saturday.
TigerCast is the official podcast of Princeton Athletics. Each Thursday, a new edition will feature interviews with student-athletes and coaches, as well as some perspective on both past results and upcoming competitions.
With the new design of the site, there is a new home for TigerCast. You can access the TigerCast page here or by clicking the microphone tab on the right side of the page. All previous TigerCasts will be stored on this page as well.
