| Princeton led by as many as 15 points in each half, but Brown staged a second-half rally to take a brief lead before Princeton wrested away the 69-64 win Saturday night in Jadwin Gym. The Tigers were up eight just past the 10-minute mark of the second half when Brown went on a 10-1 run to take a 61-60 lead with five minutes to play. That, as it turned out, would be Brown's only advantage of the second half. T.J. Bray hit a 3-pointer with 3:49 to play and Princeton never relented the lead, though the Tigers did get some key bounces and pounce on some needed rebounds down the stretch. The win closed out the final home weekend of the Ivy League season, giving Princeton a sweep in the final home Ivy weekend in five straight seasons. |
