The Princeton women's golf team will head to Tennessee this weekend to compete in Vanderbilt's Mason Rudolph Invitational for the second straight year.
The tournament will open Princeton's fall schedule, which consists of four events including the annual Princeton Invitational next month.
Princeton returns four of its five players from last year's Rudolph tournament, all except the graduated Kelly Shon '14, as Hana Ku, Jordan Lippetz, Sydney Kersten and Alexandra Wong are back. The Tiger contingent will be contending with a very strong field, as all 13 teams are ranked in the August 26 Golfweek top 100, 10 of the 13 are in the top 50, and six are in the top 25 with the host Commodores at No. 11.
The field will include Alabama, Auburn, Chattanooga, Georgia Regents University-Augusta, Kentucky, Lamar, LSU, Michigan State, Mississippi State, Tulane, Virginia and host Vanderbilt. The course at the Vanderbilt Legends Club will measure 6,321 yards and have a par of 72.
The field will play 18 holes per day Friday through Sunday with a 9 a.m. ET start Friday and Saturday and 8:30 a.m. ET start for Sunday's final round.
