Women's Track & Field Prepares for Armory Invitational, Penn State National

PRINCETON, N.J. – After picking up four victories at the Tiger Open, the Princeton women's track & field team returns to action this week at a pair of regional meets.
While most of the Tigers will compete at the Armory Track Invitational in New York, N.Y. on Jan. 30-31, several student-athletes, including Kerry Krause and Taylor Morgan, will head to State College, Pa. for the Penn State National.

Meet begins at 10:30 a.m., scheduled to end at 7:30 p.m.

The first men's running event at the Armory Invitational is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 30 at 10:45 a.m. with the day's final running event slated to begin shortly after 7 p.m. Friday's field events start at 10:30 a.m.

Princeton claimed victories at four events at last weekend's Tiger Open. For the third time in as many outings, Julia Ratcliffe won the weight throw with a toss of 19.54 (64-01.25). Allison Harris earned the victory in the pole vault, clearing 3.60m (11-09.75).
Cecilia Barowski paced the field in the 500m run with a time of 1:13.13, while Emily Broyles, Zoe Sims, Ashley Forte and Kathryn Fluehr led Princeton to a win in the distance medley relay with a time of 11:45.93.
