Women's Tennis to Visit Atlanta for Georgia Invitational

Princeton's women's tennis team will head to the Atlanta area this weekend to compete against players from Georgia, Michigan and Clemson at the Georgia Invitational at the Windward Lake Club in Alpharetta, Ga.
The event will take a hidden-dual format with play beginning at 9 a.m. each day. Princeton's schedule is as follows:
Friday:
9 a.m.: Doubles vs. Michigan players
10:30 a.m.: Doubles vs. Clemson players
1 p.m.: Singles vs. Georgia players
Saturday:
9 a.m.: Doubles vs. Georgia players
1 p.m.: Singles vs. Clemson players
Sunday:
9 a.m.: Singles vs. Michigan players
The field will be a challenging one, as four of Georgia's six players in the event are ranked in the ITA's top 100, as is one of Michigan's six. Emily Hahn, Nicole Kalhorn, Sivan Krems, Amanda Muliawan, Amber Park, Katrine Steffensen and Dorothy Tang will represent Princeton at the event.
Park last competed last weekend at the Navy Blue & Gold Invitational, were she played in the event's top doubles final with Sara Goodwin. Amanda Muliawan last competed Oct. 7 when she ended her run in the Riviera/ITA All-America singles qualifying draw, while Hahn, Kalhorn, Krems, Steffensen and Tang last competed at Penn's Cissie Leary Invitational two weekends ago.
The Georgia tournament is Princeton's last before the ITA/USTA Regional begins at Dartmouth on Oct. 22.
