Women's Tennis Wraps Play at Penn's Leary Invitational

Princeton wrapped play at Penn's Cissie Leary Invitational Sunday with a handful of matches, including Katrine Steffensen, Nicole Kalhorn and Caroline Joyce in their flights' semifinals.
Though Penn's Lina Qostal and Marta Kowalska stopped Kalhorn's and Joyce's runs in the "B" singles bracket, Steffensen got past Columbia's Star Makarone in the "A" flight semis before running into Penn's Ria Vaidya in the finals, with Vaidya taking the title.
Princeton will return to competition as a team Friday for the three-day Navy Blue & Gold Invitational in Annapolis, Md.
