Hudson, Lee Named ECAC Fencers of the Week

In Princeton's last event before the Ivy League Round-Robin, Jack Hudson and Allison Lee led the Tiger men and women in wins and have been chosen the ECAC Fencers of the Week.
Hudson, a junior épée, went 30-6 on the weekend overall at the Northwestern Duals for the seventh-ranked Tiger men and 7-2 against fencers from Princeton's three fellow top-10 ranked teams, No. 2 Notre Dame, No. 3 Ohio State and No.10 Stanford.
Lee, a freshman saber, was also 30-6 on the weekend at Northwestern for the third-ranked Tiger women, going 8-4 against opponents from top-10 teams including top-ranked Notre Dame, No. 5 Ohio State, No. 9 Northwestern and No. 10 Temple.
The awards are the first ECAC Fencer of the Week honors for Princeton this season, while Thomas Dudey and Lee captured ECAC Rookie Fencer of the Week awards on Dec. 10.
