Women's Fencing Sweeps Five at Temple Duals

Princeton's fencers competed in their first dual matches Saturday since the Ivy League Championships, heading to Tample for five bouts apiece.
The nationally third-ranked Tiger women completed the five-match sweep, taking down seventh-ranked St. John's, eighth-ranked Penn, ninth-ranked Penn State and 10th-ranked Temple, as well as Brown. The eighth-ranked men went 2-3 on the day, falling to fourth-ranked Penn State, third-ranked Penn and sixth-ranked St. John's while getting wins over Stevens and Brown.
Michael Dudey led the Tiger men with a 13-2 record on the day with Edward Chin also getting to double figures at 10-5. Ashley Tsue led the women at 13-2 with Isabel Ford at 11-4, Taylor Chin at 10-5 and Kate Northrop at 10-4.
Princeton will be back in action next Sunday then the Tigers host the National Squad Championships in Jadwin Gym.
