It was Senior Day for Princeton as the team honored Kevin Liss, Michael Zajac, Mike Ambrosia and Kyle Rankin before the game.
"I've played so many games in that rink and it never gets old and I'm going to miss it for sure but it's time to make some memories on the road," Rankin said after his final game at Hobey Baker Rink. "With the playoffs right around the corner I think the best is really yet to come."
Brown got on the board 50 seconds into the second period with a short-handed unassisted goal by Davey Middleton. He intercepted a pass just inside his team's defensive zone and skated in 2-on-1 electing not to pass and fired past junior netminder Colton Phinney.
Sophomore Stuart Pomeroy evened the game at 1-1 less than four minutes later, his first career goal with sophomore Ryan Berlin assisting.

Tyler Bird regained the lead for Brown at 14:06 of the second with a power-play goal. He chipped in a shot from the doorstep after Brandon Pfeil and Charlie Corcoran exchanged the puck acrosss the blue line and Pfeil rifling the shot from the left point.
"At some point in the next few weeks, we're going to find ourselves down a goal going into the third and we're going to have to find a way to win it or our season is going to be over, so I think we use that as a practice test," Rankin said. "We found a way to force overtime and the way we played in overtime I think if we had a 20-minute slate up there I would have wagered that we would have won that game."
Phinney made 35 saves in net for the Tigers, while Ernst stopped 43 as Princeton had a 45-37 advantage in shots.
Princeton will face Clarkson in the first round of the ECAC Tournament in Potsdam next weekend.
