Women's Tennis Takes Middle Match of Texas Trio Over Houston

In Thursday's middle match of three in Texas, the Princeton women's tennis team picked up a 5-1 win over Houston to move to 7-7 on the season.
With rain threatening, play began with singles, with Princeton taking matches on courts two through five while picking up another win on six by forfeit. Sivan Krems, Katrine Steffensen, Caroline Joyce and Nicole Kalhorn had those victories.
Houston's national No. 107 player Despoina Vogasari had the Cougars' win at first singles, though Tiger senior Amanda Muliawan pushed that match to a third set.
Princeton will close the trip with a noon ET/11 a.m. CT match at No. 46 Rice.
