Fall Slate Set for Women's Golf

2016 Fall Schedule
Four fall tournaments in a span of just less than a month are on the fall schedule for the Princeton women's golf team, which will get the season started Sept. 12 in Texas.
Texas Tech's Red Raider Invitational (Sept. 12-13), Michigan State's Mary Fossum Invitational (Sept. 24-25), the annual Princeton Invitational (Oct. 1-2) and the Yale Women's Intercollegiate (Oct. 7-9) make up the fall slate. While the Texas Tech event is new to the schedule, Princeton last competed in Michigan State's tournament in 2005.Â
The Tigers competed at Yale last fall for the first time since 2012, and when the Princeton Invitational comes to Springdale Golf Club, Princeton will be aiming for its first title in the event since 2007 a year after finishing second in the event.
Princeton's spring schedule will be released at a later date.
