EYE ON THE TIGERS
Princeton begins a six-game homestand this weekend as it hosts Boston University in a non-conference series. The Tigers are 4-9-3 overall and split a pair with travel partner Quinnipiac the last timeout on Dec. 8 and 9. Junior Karlie Lund leads the offense with 11 points on four goals and seven assists. Defender Stephanie Sucharda is one point behind with 10 points, all coming by way of assist. Sophomore Carly Bullock and senior Kiersten Falck chip in nine points apiece. Sophomore Stephanie Neatby owns a .915 save percentage and a 2.37 goals against average.
PRINCETON/BU SERIES
BU holds a 6-2 edge in the all-time series since the teams first met during the 2007-08 season. Last year the Terriers won a 4-1 and a 4-3 game in OT in Boston. It was during Game 2 that goaltender Stephanie Neatby made her first collegiate appearance - helping the Tigers to a 9-0-2 run though January.
SCOUTING THE TERRIERS
Boston University comes into the weekend with a 7-9-3 overall record. The Terriers have faced two other ECAC opponents, in Brown and Yale and defeated both squads. BU has a top-10 scoring offense with senior Victoria Bach leading the way with 23 goals and 17 assists for 40 assists. Senior Rebecca Leslie follows with 15 goals and 21 assists for 36 points. Four others are in double digits in points. Freshman Corinne Schroeder has started in goal for 12 of 19 games. She has a .923 save percentage and a 2.27 GAA.
