Phinney Named ECAC Goalie of the Week

Princeton senior Colton Phinney was named the ECAC Goalie of the Week for the week ending Feb. 26.
Phinney led the ECAC in save percentage this weekend as he went 2-0 and helped the Tigers secure the No. 7 seed in the playoffs. The No. 7 seed gives Princeton home ice for first time in four years. He allowed just three goals and stopped 68 saves for a .958 save percentage and a 1.50 GAA.
The Tigers host Colgate in the first round of the ECAC Tournament this weekend in a best-of-three series, at Hobey Baker Rink.
