The Series
The last few years of the Princeton-Penn series have been exciting, with Princeton winning five of the nine meetings since 2011. Overall Princeton holds a slim 23-21-3 edge in the series since the teams first met in 1974. Last year a 12-7 Penn win in the regular-season gave the teams a share of the Ivy League title, and the Quakers hosting rights in the Ivy League Tournament. Princeton swept the Quakers in 2015, and after taking the regular-season game in 2014, lost the Ivy championship on home turf to Penn 9-6.
