2017 Fall Schedule
Six events dot the Princeton women's tennis team's 2017 fall schedule, beginning in mid-September with a trip to Rhode Island and wrapping up in early November with a visit to Baton Rouge, La.
The Tigers will start at the Hall of Fame ITA Grass Court Invitational, held at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, R.I., Sept. 15-17, in the team's first trip to the event. Then, for the fifth straight year, the Tigers will send players to Penn's Cissie Leary Invitational, Sept. 22-24, followed by a return home for the Princeton Invitational, Sept. 29-Oct. 1. It'll be the fourth consecutive season the program has hosted an event in the fall season.
Following a break of a couple weekends, the team will send players to the ITA Northeast Regional, this year at Penn, beginning Oct. 18 and running through Oct. 23. Princeton will return to Vanderbilt's June Stewart Invitational, Oct. 27-29, for the first time since 2014, followed by the capper for the fall season, the LSU Invitational, Nov. 3-5. The Tigers also competed in the LSU event last year.
Once the fall season concludes, the program will have a span of more than two months away from competition before the spring dual-match season begins in late January.
