Tigers Defeat Seton Hall to Win Match Madness Event

In its next-to-last event before the Ivy League Championships later this month, the Princeton women's golf team finished off its Match Madness event at Fox Hollow in Branchburg, N.J. Sunday with a 3-2 win over Seton Hall to claim the event title.
Amber Wang, Tenley Shield and Tiana Lau all won their matches to get Princeton to three points, Wang doing so with five holes to play while the rest of the matches all came down to the final two holes.
Princeton will compete next in the Harvard Invitational, held next weekend at The Oaks Club in Osprey, Fla. Princeton won the event a year ago by two strokes over Boston University while Wang led the Tigers, tying for second overall at +4.
