Quinn Leads Team as Tigers Tie for Second at Quechee

Evan Quinn and the Princeton men's golf team finished high up on the leaderboard as the Dartmouth-hosted Quechee Invitational came to a close Sunday in Vermont.

Princeton finished tied for second with Cornell at +12, five strokes back of winner Bucknell, and Quinn finished at -3 to place fifth behind four players - Brown's Drew Powell, Drexel's Connor Schmidt, Bucknell's Chris Tanabe and Bucknell's Connor O'Brien - who were atop the field at -4. Powell won medalist honors on the first playoff hole.

While finishing alongside Cornell, Princeton placed ahead of the other three Ivies in the field, including Harvard, Dartmouth and Brown.

Now two tournaments into the fall, the Tigers will continue play next weekend at Yale's MacDonald Cup.
