Men's Golf Team Set to Return to Yale's MacDonald Cup This Weekend

For the fifth straight season, the Princeton men's golf team will compete at Yale's MacDonald Cup, set for 36 holes Saturday and 18 holes Sunday at The Course at Yale.

The Tigers and host Yale will be two of the five Ivy teams in the field, along with Brown, Harvard and Penn, and will compete with Boston College, Bucknell, Colgate, Fairfield, Fordham, No. 17 Illinois, Sacred Heart and Stirling from Scotland.

Tee times will get started Saturday at 7:10 a.m. and Sunday for a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Live scoring will be available here.

The tournament is Princeton's third of five events this year, and two weeks later, the Tigers will see Harvard and Yale for a tri-match at Rockaway Hunting Club in Lawrence, N.Y. Princeton will head to Yale after a second-place finish at last weekend's Quechee Collegiate Invitational, where the Tigers finished tied with Cornell and ahead of the other three Ivies in the field, including Harvard, Dartmouth and Brown.
